After the Arundel Gallery Trail, I was fortunate to have a few days holiday in Mallorca in a beautiful peaceful location.

I took a small set of gouache paints with me - very convenient for travel - and enjoyed painting some sketches on paper of the dawn light reflected on the swimming pool. I may use these as studies for larger oil paintings.
